This site is run by Paul Wilson, founder of Consultico Ltd. For anything about your data, email paul@consultico.co.uk.
If you use the contact or newsletter forms, I collect your name (where you give it), email address, and the message you send, so I can reply or add you to the personal list you asked for. Newsletter signups are separate from the Consultico strategy list.
I do not sell personal data. I keep enquiry records only as long as I need them to reply, or as the law requires. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion. You can complain to the ICO.
Hosting is on Vercel. If a form email is sent, it goes through Resend. I use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to see which pages people visit and how they use the site. It's set up without cookies and doesn't follow you between visits.
